About Me.

I am a lifelong learner with a multi-cultural background. I conduct research in the field of well-being, and lead teams and projects in the technology industry. Through firsthand, decade-long, experience of grappling with the complexities of the workplace in 6+ industries and 15+ countries, I became passionate about the importance of self-awareness in having a fulfilling and meaningful life. I became keenly interested in the power of ancient (e.g., stoic, mindfulness) principles to help us step out of auto-pilot and live more intentional lives. I practice what I preach, having spent over a decade in leadership development programs to help continually build my own self-awareness, and solidify my commitment to helping others thrive in daily life.

I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards.
